    Product overview

    • test mas (6)
    • The FCCV1 standard ceramic ball valve is designed for corrosive, abrasive and scaling service. Valve-stem options listed in the delivered product data include 316/316L stainless steel, HC alloy, Monel alloy and structural ceramics, selected to match the operating medium.
The FCCV1 uses a symmetrical body for bidirectional sealing. A broad scraper-type seat clears particles from the sealing path, and the ceramic ball and seat are ground as a pair. The packing box uses a live-load arrangement to maintain packing force as wear occurs. The ceramic flange surface separates the metal flange from the process medium.

    • Broad sealing surface with scraper-type valve seat for reliability and long life.

Matched and ground ball and seat surfaces ensure sealing.

Packing box with "live load" for constant load under wear, prolonging packing life.

Symmetrical valve design for bidirectional sealing, doubling service life.

Large ceramic flange surface protects metal flange from erosion and corrosion.
